The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank are offering loans, insurance and practical help Haiti after Hurricane Matthew left destruction and many deaths on the island nation. As VOA's Jim Randle reports, economic leaders from all over the world gathered in Washington this week, where they are also fretting about political headwinds growing out of trade deals that critics say benefit the wealthy but kill jobs.
